目的:评价羊膜移植联合应用汉防己甲素点眼治疗化工厂爆炸中角膜重度碱烧伤的临床价值。方法:在化工厂爆炸中导致的眼部碱烧伤患者24例(32眼),实施羊膜移植术联合应用汉防己甲素点眼治疗后,观察病人的眼球保存、视力、角膜修复情况及并发症的情况,以判断其对角膜重症碱烧伤的临床疗效。结果:24例32眼羊膜移植术后全部成活,眼表面迅速稳定,炎症在3~10天得到控制。31眼(96.9%)保存了眼球的完整。术后1月有14例(18眼)术眼角膜恢复透明,4例(6眼)遗留局限性角膜白斑,2例(3眼)角膜混浊并发生全周血管翳,3例(4眼)发生完全性角膜白斑,1例(1眼)角膜自溶穿孔。结论:羊膜移植联合应用汉防己甲素点眼能够有效地治疗角膜碱烧伤并有效地预防并发症的发生。
Objective: To evaluate the clinical value of amniotic membrane transplantation combined with tetrandrine for the treatment of severe alkali burn in chemical plant explosion. Methods: Twenty-four patients (32 eyes) with ocular alkali burn caused by explosion in chemical plant were treated with amniotic membrane transplantation combined with tetrandrine eye drops. The eyeball preservation, visual acuity, corneal repair and complications In order to determine its clinical efficacy of corneal alkali burns. Results: All 32 eyes survived after amniotic membrane transplantation in 24 eyes. The surface of the eye was rapidly stabilized and the inflammation was controlled within 3 to 10 days. 31 eyes (96.9%) preserved the integrity of the eye. In January, 14 cases (18 eyes) had corneal opacities recovered, 4 cases (6 eyes) had limited corneal leucoma, 2 cases (3 eyes) had corneal opacity and peripheral pancreas, and 3 cases (4 eyes) Occurrence of complete corneal leukoplakia, 1 case (1 eye) corneal perforation. Conclusion: Amniotic membrane transplantation combined with tetrandrine eye drops can effectively treat corneal alkali burns and effectively prevent the occurrence of complications.
