财政政策是国家调节宏观经济的两大手段,两者目标一致,均是为了保证整个国民经济总需求与总供给的平衡。本文首先介绍了财政、货币政策的关系,接着分析两政策协调的必要性,最后给出了市场经济条件下财政政策与货币政策协调的建议。 Fiscal policy is the two major means by which the state adjusts its macroeconomy. The two are in line with the goal of ensuring the balance between aggregate demand and total supply of the entire national economy. This paper first introduces the relationship between fiscal and monetary policy, and then analyzes the necessity of the coordination of the two policies. Finally, it gives some suggestions on the coordination of fiscal policy and monetary policy under the condition of market economy.
