德阳市的公路建设近十年来得到迅速发展，尤以建成的156kmGBM工程展现了公路的标准化、美化，从而带来良好社会效益。为此市交通局决定在今后几年中完成全市县以上公路GBM工程网络，计划至1997年累计建成952km。为实现这一目标，采取加强宣传活动、层层分解落实任务、建立保证体系等措施。
Deyang City, the rapid development of highway construction in the past decade, especially the completion of the 156kmGBM project shows the standardization of the road, landscaping, resulting in good social benefits. To this end, the Municipal Transportation Bureau has decided to complete the GBM engineering network of roads above the county level in the next few years and plan to build a total of 952km by 1997. To achieve this goal, we should take measures to strengthen publicity activities, decompose and implement tasks at various levels and establish a guarantee system.
