目的:观察八珍汤联合瑞能对结肠肿瘤术后免疫学指标及营养状态的影响。方法:将结肠癌术后符合纳入标准的化疗患者随机分为2组,对照组予于化疗前一天开始服用瑞能,同时给予生理盐水口服,直至疗程结束(21天);实验组于化疗前一天开始服用瑞能,并服用八珍汤,直至疗程结束(21天),观察比较患者一般情况及化疗药物毒副反应、营养及生化指标、免疫监测水平等情况。结果:化疗后7、21天,实验组Hb、Alb均高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。化疗后7、21天,实验组免疫球蛋白IgG、IgA、IgM较对照组升高,炎症因子白细胞介素-6(IL-6)、肿瘤坏死因子-α(TNF-α)较对照组降低,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。化疗后21天,实验组淋巴细胞分类CD3+、CD4+、CD8+水平较对照组升高,CD4~+/CD8~+水平较对照组降低,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。2组患者肝肾功能比较,差异均无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论:八珍汤联合瑞能可改善结肠癌术后化疗患者营养状况及免疫功能。
Objective: To observe the effect of Bazhen Decoction and Rui Neng on immunological parameters and nutritional status of postoperative colon cancer. Methods: Chemotherapy patients with postoperative colon cancer who met the inclusion criteria were randomly divided into two groups. The control group was given Ranene one day prior to chemotherapy, and saline was given orally until the end of the course of treatment (21 days). In the experimental group, One day, she took Arneol and took Bazhen Decoction until the end of treatment (21 days). The general situation of patients and the side effects of chemotherapy drugs, nutrition and biochemical indexes and immune monitoring level were observed and compared. Results: At 7 and 21 days after chemotherapy, Hb and Alb in the experimental group were significantly higher than those in the control group (P <0.05). At 7 and 21 days after chemotherapy, the immunoglobulin IgG, IgA and IgM in the experimental group were higher than those in the control group, while the levels of IL-6 and TNF-α in the experimental group were lower than those in the control group , The differences were statistically significant (P <0.05). The levels of CD3 +, CD4 + and CD8 + in the experimental group were higher than those in the control group on day 21 after chemotherapy, and the levels of CD4 ~ + / CD8 + were lower than those in the control group (P <0.05). There was no significant difference between the two groups in liver and kidney function (P> 0.05). Conclusion: Bazhen Decoction combined with Reneng can improve the nutritional status and immune function of postoperative chemotherapy in patients with colon cancer.
