我们研究了不同外界温度,不同受热时间对日本大耳白兔及SD大鼠心肌、肺、肾、小肠、肝等器官细胞膜结构,及某些生化、免疫指标的影响。现简略报告如下。 将48只日本大耳白兔随机分为5组:对照组10只;受热1h组10只;受热2h组10只;受热3h组8只;受热3h延期4h活杀组10只。81只SD大鼠被随机分为7组:对照组12只;受热1h组13只;受热2h组14
We studied the effects of different external temperatures and different heating times on the membrane structure and some biochemical and immunological parameters in the myocardium, lung, kidney, small intestine and liver of Japanese white rabbits and SD rats. Now briefly report as follows. Forty-eight Japanese white rabbits were randomly divided into five groups: control group (n = 10), fever group (n = 10), fever group (n = 10), fever group (n = 3) and heat exposure group (n = 8).
