目的研究银杏叶提取物(Extract of Ginkgo biloba,EGB)对大鼠脑缺血-再灌注损伤的作用。方法采用改良线栓法建立大鼠大脑中动脉阻塞脑缺血再灌注模型。实验动物随机分为假手术组、模型组、EGB治疗组。观察局灶性脑缺血2h再灌注24h后,神经元线粒体、脑组织SOD和MDA的变化。结果再灌注24h后,与模型组组相比,给与EGB溶液注射可以减轻线粒体的损伤,使SOD活性增强,MDA含量下降。结论 EGB对大鼠脑缺血-再灌注损伤具有保护作用。
Objective To investigate the effect of Extract of Ginkgo biloba (EGB) on cerebral ischemia-reperfusion injury in rats. Methods A rat model of middle cerebral artery occlusion with cerebral ischemia - reperfusion was established by modified suture method. Experimental animals were randomly divided into sham operation group, model group and EGB treatment group. To observe the changes of mitochondria and brain tissue SOD and MDA after focal cerebral ischemia 2h and reperfusion 24h. Results After 24h of reperfusion, compared with the model group, injection of EGB solution could mitigate mitochondrial injury, increase SOD activity and decrease MDA content. Conclusion EGB has a protective effect on cerebral ischemia-reperfusion injury in rats.
