通过对溶胶-凝胶法体系共沸蒸馏可制备纳米SnO2,经X射线衍射、电子显微镜 观测 以及BET表面吸附实验均表明该SnO2材料具有颗粒细小、均匀、分散性好的特点,将该SnO 2基料掺杂制成的气敏元件对可燃性气体具有较高的灵敏度.
The nanostructured SnO2 can be prepared by azeotropic distillation on a sol-gel system. The results of X-ray diffraction, electron microscopy and BET surface adsorption show that the SnO2 nanostructures have the characteristics of small, uniform and good dispersibility. The SnO2 Gas-sensing elements made of a base material have a high sensitivity to flammable gases.
