当前,随着我国社会主义市场经济的逐步发展,国有企业的改革已经到了攻坚阶段,改革、发展、稳定的任务十分繁重,加强和改进国有企业的思想政治工作显得特别重要。那么,怎样才能充分发挥我党的政治优势,切实做好思想政治工作,对国有企业的改革和发展起到保证作用呢?笔者认为必须在强化“三性”即紧迫性、针对性、多样性上狠下功夫。 At present, with the gradual development of China’s socialist market economy, the reform of state-owned enterprises has reached a crucial stage.
