随着政府部门办公自动化管理系统的广泛应用,产生了大量的电子文件。而电子文件的档案化管理与传统档案管理有着明显的不同,如何在借鉴传统的档案管理经验和形式的基础上,结合电子文件自身的特点,采用先进计算机和网络技术,做好电子文件的归档工作是摆在我们面前亟待解决的重要问题,其思路是:做好归档电子文件的技术处理工作,实施电子文件管理战略;解决好电子文件的保存问题;电子文件档案管理向主体化方向发展;变革档案人员知识结构。
