随着自动化控制技术的发展,控制系统的安全稳定性,成为研究的热点,对此本文设计了安全控制系统,该系统包括安全输入冗余模块、安全控制冗余模块、安全输出冗余模块以及总线通信四个部分,为了提高系统的冗余性,其中安全输入原件和被控输出元件都采用两个MCU,安全控制模块选择施迈赛公司的SE-400C,总线通信模块应用ZigBee和CAN技术将数据信息传输到上位计算机,完成系统的信号传输和人机交互操作。
