本文基于可持续增长率理论,对我国高速公路上市公司多元化经营数据进行分析,得出高速公路上市公司可持续增长率低于实际增长率的结论,且这一结论在多元经营高速公路上市公司更为明显;另外,笔者通过分析认为,高速公路上市公司实际增长率与可持续性增长率没有显著的相关性,提出在收费期有限和多元化经营效果不理想存在矛盾的情况下,更需进一步讨论和实践高速公路上市公司可持续发展的实现路径。
