肿瘤生物治疗是一种临床治疗模式,每一种新的治疗方案进入临床治疗均需要临床前研究,尤其是动物体内实验性治疗的效秉尤为重要。huPBL-SCID鼠为一人/鼠嵌合模型,可以较为直接地推知每一生物治疗方案在人体应用的疗效,故作为目前首选的动物模型。本文介绍了huPBL-SCID鼠构建中的各种影响,就huPBL植入率及促进方法、植入后监测、huPBL引起的GVHD以及EB病毒引起的B淋巴瘤进行了讨论,同时介绍了几套应用huPBL-SCID鼠从事生物治疗研究的方案。
Tumor biological therapy is a clinical treatment mode. Every new treatment plan needs clinical research before entering clinical treatment, especially the efficacy of experimental treatment in animals is particularly important. The huPBL-SCID mouse is a human/mouse chimeric model and can directly infer the therapeutic effect of each biological treatment program in humans, so it is currently the preferred animal model. This article describes the effects of huPBL-SCID mouse construction on huPBL implantation rate and promotion methods, post-implantation monitoring, GHPHD-induced GVHD, and EB virus-induced B-lymphoma, and discusses several sets of applications. huPBL-SCID mice are engaged in biotherapeutic research programs.
