随着土地价格不断攀升,各类机械立体车库、复式车库也随之出现。但所有地下车库都具有共同特点,即封闭性,如果发生火灾,会产生大量烟气,其危害性远远超过地上建筑,且人员疏散、火灾扑救难度较大。而引入通风、排烟设计,既能够保持良好的通风,还能够在遇到突发状况时,为救援提供支持,降低人民生命及财产的损失。文章分析了通风与排烟系统对于地下车库的重要性,并结合地下车库特点,探讨了地下车库通风与排烟设计措施,为地下车库通风与排烟设计提供借鉴。
With the rising price of land, all kinds of mechanical three-dimensional garage, duplex garage also appears. However, all underground garages share the common feature of being enclosed. In the event of a fire, a large amount of flue gas will be generated, which is far more harmful than on-site buildings and the evacuation of personnel will make it more difficult to put out the fire.
