支架安全可靠对桥梁施工的安全性、经济性具有重要影响,合理搭设施工支架、建立施工平台是保证安全质量的必要条件。本文通过对铜陵长江大桥北岸引桥空心高墩施工工艺研究、借助力学计算软件MADAS对支架强度及变形量进行计算,重点分析了顶层混凝土封闭施工时,改装加强底层模板作为支架支点搭设支撑体系的施工方法,总结内模无支架法施工的技术关键要点,可为桥梁空心墩指导施工提供参考依据。
The safety and reliability of the brackets have an important influence on the safety and economy of the bridge construction. The reasonable construction brackets and the construction of the construction platform are the necessary conditions to ensure the safety and quality. Based on the study of the construction technology of the hollow pier of the north bridge of the Tongling Yangtze River Bridge, the strength and deformation of the support are calculated by means of the mechanical calculation software MADAS. The construction of the top-level concrete is mainly analyzed. Methods to summarize the key points of the technology of the stentless stent method construction can provide reference for guiding the construction of the bridge hollow pier.
