鼻和鼻窦手术后发生眼外肌功能障碍是一少见的并发症,且多是暂时性的,永久性者很少。Guiber(1975)报告1例,摘除额窦和筛窦粘液囊肿后,继发内直肌粘连。Grittiths & Smith(1971)报告2例,上颌窦根治及填塞后发生视神经萎缩、眼球下陷和眼外肌运动完全受限。现将Mark等与Flynn等报告的4例鼻内手术损伤内直肌及引起眼运动障碍者综合如下: Mark等的1例内直肌严重损伤发生在鼻中 Extraocular muscle dysfunction after nasal and sinus surgery is a rare complication and is mostly transient with few permanent ones. Guiber (1975) reported a case of secondary rectus abdominis adhesions after removal of the frontal sinus and ethmoid mucocele. Grittiths & Smith (1971) reported 2 cases of optic nerve atrophy after maxillary sinus root and stuffing, eye subsidence and extraocular muscle movement is completely limited.
