微表处主要用于高等级公路的预防性养护以及填补轻度车辙,也适用于新建公路的抗滑磨耗层,对降低路面的噪音污染也有显著的效果。因此,研究微表处混合料的配合比设计在公路养护维修中有着重要的意义。文章结合具体的工程项目,以连徐高速为例来说明微表处混合料的配合比设计过程,介绍了微表处混合料配合比的设计,包括材料的选择、初选配方的确定和初选配方验证,最后总结了微表处混合料配合比设计的步骤,希望能给广大公路工程技术和研究人员以有益参考。
Micro-surfacing is mainly used for preventive maintenance of high-grade highways and filling of light rutting. It is also suitable for the anti-skid wear layer of new roads, and has significant effects on reducing road noise pollution. Therefore, the study on the mix design of micro-surfacing mixture is of great significance in the maintenance of highway. In this paper, with the specific project, the design process of mixing ratio of micro-surfacing materials is illustrated with the example of Xu-Ga Expressway. The design of mixing ratio of micro-surfacing materials is introduced, including the selection of materials, the determination of primary formulas Finally, the steps of mixture mix design of micro-surfacing are summarized, hoping to provide useful reference to the majority of highway engineering technology and researchers.
