跆拳道作为高校体育的一门新兴课程,它独特的健身性、观赏性、竞技性越来越受到广大师生喜爱,越来越多的高校把它作为一个正式的体育课程进行推广。跆拳道和传统的高校体育项目在运动场地和运动形式上有较大的差异,在教学过程中预防运动损伤的措施和方法上也存在较大的差别,要求教师要更加重视跆拳道课程的安全问题。本文通过介绍高校跆拳道专选课中可能发生的运动损伤,提出相应的预防措施和合理的建议,旨在推动跆拳道运动在高校的开展。
Taekwondo, as a new course in college physical education, is more and more loved by the majority of teachers and students for its unique fitness, ornamental and athletic performance. More and more colleges and universities promote it as a formal physical education curriculum. Taekwondo and traditional college physical education programs have great differences in sports fields and sports forms. There are also great differences in measures and methods for preventing sports injuries during the teaching process. Teachers are required to pay more attention to the safety of Taekwondo courses. This paper introduces the possible damage caused by Taekwondo course in colleges and universities, puts forward corresponding preventive measures and reasonable suggestions to promote Taekwondo movement in colleges and universities.
