一、输尿管的解剖输尿管为一对肌性圆索状长管,起自肾盂,止于膀胱,长约30cm,其直径并不相同,一般在0.3～0.8cm之间。其走行全长皆由腹膜覆盖,入骨盆前叫腹段,入骨盆后叫盆段。一般在骶髂关节处,经过髂总(左侧),髂外(右侧)动脉的前方进入骨盆腔,继续下行,沿阔韧带后叶达盆底,转向前内方行于临近子宫颈峡部外侧约0.8～2.5cm 处,在子宫动脉下方横过并与之交叉,再经过阴道侧穹窿顶端,膀胱子宫韧带之间,绕向前方入膀胱壁即膀胱段,在壁内斜行1.5～
