一个“偷”,一个“冒”,令“捷安特”欲哭无泪。仿冒者,业内称之为“寄生销售”,其实就是搭便船:你在前面打品牌做广告,我跟在后面“模仿秀”,借你家东风,卖我家货品。偷盗者,本是社会问题,但自行车偷盗屡禁不绝,以致人们不敢买新车,更怕买好率,直接影响到企业的市场与发展。而这两者实际上都是一种偷窃行为,无非一个是盗其名,一个是偷其物。 目前我国即将加入WTO,“捷安特”的遭遇,实际上也是许多知名企业的共同心病,它将可以引起我们的思专——如何为投资商营造一个放心的环境
