新编《道外区志》(1991～2003)是哈尔滨市启动第二轮修志后,出版的第一部城区志。纵观全志,其编目布局、体例把握、记述内容等都有独到之处,令人耳目一新。但也有个别的章节内容没能把握住事物的全貌,不尽完美。本文就“电信”节的不足内容谈一点浅见,供编者参考。
The new “Road outside the area” (1991 ~ 2003) is the city of Harbin launched the second round of revision, published the first city of Chi. Throughout the whole Chi, the catalog layout, the way to grasp, describe the content, etc. are unique, refreshing. But there are also some sections of the content failed to grasp the full picture of things, not perfect. This article on the “Telecom ” section of the lack of talk about a little humble, for the editor’s reference.
