Steroids play a huge role in maintaining the body’s ability to exercise, muscle strength and fatigue recovery. Cholesterol transport across the mitochondrial membrane is a key step in steroid hormone synthesis. Studies have shown that St AR, TSPO, VDAC, ATAD3A and many other proteins are closely related to this process. In this paper, the physiological characteristics, structure and function of mitochondrial membrane-associated proteins were discussed. The relationship between exercise and transporters was discussed in order to understand the mechanism of cholesterol transmembrane transport in a more systematic way and finally to solve the endocrine disorders caused by exercise training Provide ideas.
