混凝土裂缝虽然是一种常见的工程缺陷,但其成因却极有可能成为索赔事件的重要佐证,因为施工过程的环境温度和工程结构应力变化是招标文件和合同技术条款都无法事先预料的,而这种变化又会对混凝土的成形产生一定影响,并直接涉及到工程建设期业主、设计和施工等各方的经济利益。因此,在工程建设中应十分注重对混凝土裂缝处理方法的研究和其主要消耗指标的分析。造成混凝土裂缝的原因是多种多样的,处理时所采用的材料主要有水泥浆液、化学浆液及复合浆液,不同性状混凝土裂缝的处理方法和主要消耗指标也各不相同。
