当前,决策科学化已成为各项工作对人们的迫切要求。决策是一种思维活动。这就决定了它离不开逻辑,离不开逻辑方法的应用,当然也包括归纳法的应用。归纳法具有两重性,即一方面作为认识现实的方法的归纳,另一方面则是作为思维形式的归纳。作为认识现实方法的归纳,着重研究的是如何正确反映客观现实的内容,而不注重反映的形式,本文所谈归纳法在科学决策中的应用,正是作为一种认识现实的方法来探讨的。因此,不涉及归纳方法的形式结构。
