随着电子结肠镜的广泛应用,结肠黑病变(MelanosisColi,MC)的确诊病例并非罕见。本院从1998年6月至1999年12月共发现8例,均与长期口服便秘舒有关。1　一般资料　共8例MC患者,男5例;女3例;年龄45～71岁,其中≥60岁7例(87.5%)。8例均患习惯性便秘,病史3～10年,确诊MC前皆长期规律 With the extensive use of electronic colonoscopy, confirmed cases of melanosis (MC) are not uncommon.
