本文综述了肺阻抗容积图 (肺血流图) 研究进展。从电源电极体表电势分布图、肺内电势分析以及结扎动物肺动脉主干前后对比肺阻抗容积图等实验研究表明,我们有可能通过对肺阻抗容积图讯号的分析来获得有关右心和肺血管功能的信息。介绍了肺阻抗容积图对肺心病诊断的价值与分岐意见以及近年来从单纯阻抗图的研究发展成把此法作为获得右肺血流机械信息的电一右肺机械图的时相分析法探讨间接推算肺动脉压、肺血管顺应性、右心输出量等,并介绍这些方法与直接测压法实验对照与临床分组之间的相关性。
