分别采用四匝感应圈与倾斜30°单匝感应圈对国产CrMo钢与德国CrMo钢丝杠光杆进行表面感应加热淬火处理,经材料成分、显微组织、表面淬硬层的硬度梯分布等检验,综合分析了表面感应加热淬火的工艺质量。结果表明,两种CrMo钢的化学成分存在差别,经四匝感应圈和倾斜30°单匝感应圈感应淬火处理后的组织基本相同;但经四匝感应圈感应淬火处理的淬硬层深度均大于经倾斜30°单匝感应圈感应淬火处理的结果。而且德国CrMo钢的淬硬层深度均大于国产CrMo钢,这与德国CrMo钢的淬透性高于国产CrMo钢有关。
