不同发育时期山楂叶黄酮抗氧化活性的变化

以‘大金星’、‘大红’、‘敞口’、‘大旺’和‘野生’山楂叶为试材,于4-10月每月采样一次,用70%乙醇提取山楂叶黄酮,研究不同发育时期山楂叶黄酮提取液的抗氧化活性。结果表明,各品种不同发育时期的叶片黄酮提取液,在相同浓度下表现出不同的抗氧化活性,各样品均具有较强的清除超氧阴离子自由基、羟自由基、DPPH自由基能力和一定的还原能力。清除超氧阴离子自由基能力远高于Vc和BHT,其中‘敞口’、‘大金星’、‘大红’均在4月清除能力最强且相近,‘大旺’和‘野生’分别在5月和6月最强,但低于前三者,栽培品种清除能力大于野生山楂;清除羟自由基能力也远高于Vc和BHT,其中‘野生’、‘大红’、‘敞口’、‘大金星’均在6月清除能力最强,‘大旺’在5月最强,野生山楂清除能力大于栽培品种;清除DPPH自由基能力都低于Vc,除‘野生’4月、5月和9月外,其余均高于或接近BHT,‘大金星’、‘敞口’、‘大旺’、‘野生’均在10月清除能力最强,‘大红’4月最强,除‘大旺’外,其他栽培品种清除能力大于野生山楂;还原能力低于Vc,与BHT相近,品种间及其不同发育时期变化不大。 Hawthorn leaves of ’Great Venus’, ’Red’, ’Exposed’, ’Dawang’ and ’Wild’ were used as test materials.
