目的了解广西同性恋浴室男男性接触者(MSM)艾滋病病毒感染现状和影响因素,为艾滋病防控提供科学信息。方法于2011-04/07对南宁等4个市462名主要在浴室中寻找性伴的MSM进行面对面问卷,采集静脉血检测HIV和梅毒螺旋体抗体。结果在462名主要在浴室中寻找性伴的MSM中,HIV检出率为3.0%(14/462),梅毒的检出率为11.5%(53/462),同时合并HIV和梅毒感染为11例(2.4%)。与同性发生商业性行为占3.9%。在最近6个月中,最近1次与同性发生肛交使用安全套的比例为92.0%(401/436)。最近6个月与同性发生肛交时使用安全套的频率中,从未使用占0.9%(4/436)、有时使用占14.9%(65/436),每次都用占83.7%(365/436)。单因素分析结果显示,年龄、婚姻、民族、最近6个月有过与男性有过商业性性行为史、梅毒检测结果与HIV感染相关(P≤0.1)校正其他因素后,少数民族和梅毒检测阳性的MSM感染HIV风险高。结论广西在MSM人群的艾滋病健康干预方面取得了一定的效果,但是MSM人群艾滋病疫情仍呈上升趋势。MSM人群艾滋病健康干预工作仍需继续加强,尤其是梅毒的诊疗。
Objective To understand the status quo and influencing factors of HIV infection among homosexual men who have sex with men (MSM) in bathroom in Guangxi and to provide scientific information on AIDS prevention and control. Methods A total of 462 MSMs seeking sexual partners in four bathrooms in four cities of Nanning from April to August 2011 were interviewed face to face and collected venous blood to detect HIV and Treponema pallidum antibody. Results Among the 462 MSM mainly seeking sexual partner in the bathroom, the detection rate of HIV was 3.0% (14/462), the incidence of syphilis was 11.5% (53/462), and the combined HIV and syphilis infection was 11 Example (2.4%). Commercial sex with same sex accounted for 3.9%. In the last 6 months, the rate of condom use for the same sex with the same sex during the last 6 months was 92.0% (401/436). Of the frequency of condom use for same-sex anal sex in the last 6 months, 0.9% (4/436) had never been used, 14.9% (65/436) had been used, and 83.7% (365/436) had been used each time. . Univariate analysis showed that ethnic minorities and syphilis were detected after age, marital status, ethnicity, history of commercial sex with men in recent 6 months, and syphilis test results associated with HIV infection (P≤0.1) Positive MSM is at high risk of HIV infection. Conclusion Guangxi has achieved some results in MSM population’s AIDS health intervention, but the epidemic situation of MSM population is still on the rise. AIDS prevention and treatment of MSM population still need to continue to strengthen the work, especially the treatment of syphilis.
