通过对复合内衬隔热油管隔热技术的应用,降低了井筒举升过程中的热能损失,有效提高了油井井口采出液的温度.一方面,直接降低了抽油机电机负荷;另一方面,通过油井简短串接、高温井带低温井等措施,使试验区块中井口产出液温度较低的油井全部实现了常温输送.不但使站外集输工艺得到简化,还有效降低加热炉的燃油能耗和污染排放,并减少了三管伴热管线的热水漏失和热水泵的电量消耗.油管隔热技术的应用还有效延长了油井的洗井周期,降低了洗井时的压产损失,获得了可观的经济效益.“,”Through the applications of composite lining oil pipe heat insulation technology,the heat loss in the shaft lifting process is reduced and the temperature of the wellhead outlet oil is effectively increased.On the one hand,the motor load of pumping unit is directly reduced.On the other hand,the oil wells with low temperature of wellhead outlet oil in the test block all achieve delivery at normal temperature by means of short string connection among oil wells and high temperature wells transferring heat to low temperature wells.The gathering and delivery process outside station is simplified,the fuel consumption and pollutants emission of the heating furnace are effectively reduced too,and both the hot water leakage of the three pipe heat tracing pipeline and the electric energy consumption of the hot water pump decrease.In addition,the application of oil pipe heat insulation technology also prolongs effectively the well washing cycle,and reduces the pressure loss during the well washing,which brings about considerable economic benefits.
