为满足企业对高职人才培养的需求,淮安信息职业技术学院提出集标准融合、身份融合和内容融合于一体的“三重融合”教育体系。该体系作用机制通过“三阶段递进”和“双线双产”的实践方式开展。实践证明,“三重融合”教育模式是实现深化工学结合,促进校企一体化教育与人才培养的有效手段。通过课程、实践基地和信息化资源实施标准融合、身份融合、内容融合的建设,形成职业能力为本位的教学体系,加快学校教学和企业生产的场景、模式和标准一体化进程,提升学生职业迁移能力,深化高职依托企业办学的宗旨和内涵,以满足企业“零”对接的要求。
In order to meet the needs of enterprises in higher vocational education, Huai’an Institute of Information Technology put forward the “triple integration ” education system with standard integration, identity integration and content integration.
