目的探讨微创术后疗效及血清和血肿液SOD水平动态变化。方法对7例脑出血保守治疗组和13例微创组进行疗效比较观察,并对微创组血清、血肿液SOD动态监测。结果脑出血微创组疗效优于保守治疗组,血清和血肿液SOD水平与GCS评分无直线相关关系。结论微创术治疗中重度脑出血效果好,不能单靠SOD水平评价预后。
Objective To investigate the curative effect of minimally invasive surgery and the dynamic changes of SOD level in serum and hematoma fluid. Methods Seven cases of conservative treatment of cerebral hemorrhage and 13 cases of minimally invasive treatment were compared, and minimally invasive group serum, hematoma fluid SOD dynamic monitoring. Results The curative effect of minimally invasive intracerebral hemorrhage group was better than that of conservative group. There was no linear correlation between SOD level in serum and hematoma fluid and GCS score. Conclusion Minimally invasive surgery in the treatment of moderate and severe cerebral hemorrhage is good, prognosis can not be evaluated solely on the level of SOD.
