本文介绍了强制循环空气冷却器(简称冷风机)传热热阻大致估计值,并对影响其传热系数的各种因素进行了分析。得到了下述结论:首先,如果采取有效措施降低空气侧的传热热阻,即可明显提高传热系数;其次,如果在制冷剂侧采用选择供液方式、控制供液量,或采用高效传热管等措施,还可以进一步提高传热系数。
This paper introduces the approximate estimation of heat transfer resistance of forced-circulation air cooler (referred to as chiller), and analyzes various factors that affect its heat transfer coefficient. The following conclusions are drawn: Firstly, if effective measures are taken to reduce the heat transfer resistance on the air side, the heat transfer coefficient can be obviously improved. Secondly, if the refrigerant supply side is controlled by the selective liquid supply method, Heat transfer tubes and other measures, but also can further improve the heat transfer coefficient.
