提高翼钢高炉球团矿配比的操作研究

随着翼钢高炉炼铁产能的提高和炉料结构的变化,含铁炉料中的球团矿比例从20%提高到38%以上。在提高球团配比同时,采取了一系列优化高炉操作的措施,如配用高碱度的烧结矿、适应缩小矿批、提高料速、降低炉渣碱度、提高生铁含硅量等。在球团矿配比达到38%以上的情况下,高炉炉况保持了稳定、顺行,高炉各项技术经济指标得到明显改善。 With the increase of blast furnace ironmaking capacity and the change of charge structure, the proportion of pellets in iron-bearing charge increased from 20% to over 38%. In improving the pellet ratio at the same time, to take a series of measures to optimize blast furnace operation, such as with high alkalinity sinter, to adapt to reduce the mine batch, increase feed rate, reduce slag alkalinity, improve the silicon content of pig iron and so on. In the proportion of pellets reached more than 38% of the case, the blast furnace conditions remained stable, along the blast, the technical and economic indicators have been significantly improved.
