[目的]基于社会角色理论和期望理论,以新概念、新范畴、新表述构建公立医院新型社会角色期望指标体系,以促进公立医院的健康发展。[方法]根据研究主题确定咨询专家人选,运用改良的Delphi法进行问卷调查和统计分析,构建公立医院新型社会角色指标体系。[结果]专家平均年龄43岁,从事专业平均时间20 a;两轮咨询问卷回收率分别为98.3%和100%;两轮结果的权威系数分别为0.7226和0.7361;协调系数分别是0.7416和0.6494,均有统计学意义。[结论]反映文化、服务、保障和社会责任四个维度的全方位、全要素公立医院新型社会角色地位、权利、义务和行为规范的新型社会角色指标体系,适用于新时期、新常态下公立医院的发展建设。
[Objective] Based on the social role theory and expectation theory, a new concept, new category and new expression were used to construct the expected index system of new social roles in public hospitals so as to promote the healthy development of public hospitals. [Methods] According to the research topic to determine the consultant candidate, the use of improved Delphi method for questionnaire survey and statistical analysis, to build a public hospital new social role index system. [Results] The average age of experts was 43 years old and the professional average time was 20 years. The recovery rates of two questionnaires were 98.3% and 100% respectively. The authoritative coefficients of two rounds were 0.7226 and 0.7361 respectively. The coordination coefficients were 0.7416 and 0.6494, All have statistical significance. [Conclusion] The new social role index system of new social roles, rights, obligations and codes of conduct in all-round and all-factor public hospitals that reflect the four dimensions of culture, service, guarantee and social responsibility is applicable to the public Hospital development and construction.
