目的研究新疆产准噶尔大戟叶的化学成分。方法95%乙醇提取后用石油醚、氯仿和正丁醇梯度萃取,经反复硅胶柱色谱、Sephadex LH-20凝胶柱纯化等方法进行分离。结果对分离得到的8个化合物用波谱方法分别鉴定为柯伊利素(Ⅰ)、邻苯二甲酸(2,5-二甲基己基)二酯(Ⅱ)、秦皮素(Ⅲ)、4-O-β-D-吡喃葡萄糖-3,5-二甲氧基-2E-苯丙烯醇(Ⅳ)、秦皮苷(Ⅴ)、3-甲基鞣花酸-3′-O-β-D-木糖苷(Ⅵ)、3,3′-二甲基鞣花酸硫酸酯(Ⅶ)和(+)异落叶松脂素-9-O-β-D-木糖苷(Ⅷ)。结论化合物Ⅶ为一新天然产物,其余7个化合物均首次从该植物中分离得到。
Objective To study the chemical composition of the leaves of Gentiana in Junggar in Xinjiang. Methods After extraction with 95% ethanol, petroleum ether, chloroform and n-butanol were used for gradient extraction. The compounds were separated by repeated silica gel column chromatography and Sephadex LH-20 gel column chromatography. Results Eight compounds were isolated by spectroscopic methods and identified as Kullin (Ⅰ), 2,5-dimethylhexyl phthalate (Ⅱ), Aescin (Ⅲ), 4-O -β-D-glucopyranoso-3,5-dimethoxy-2E-phenylalcohol (Ⅳ), hesperidin (Ⅴ) Xyloside (Ⅵ), 3,3’-dimethyl ellagic acid sulfate (Ⅶ) and (+) isolallularnin-9-O-β-D-xyloside (Ⅷ). Conclusion Compound Ⅶ is a new natural product, and the remaining seven compounds were isolated from this plant for the first time.
