In this study, the lung index, plasma ANP, AVP, aldosterone (ALD) and urine in 80 rabbits were measured at 6,12,24,36,48,60,71h after acute hypoxia. The amount of change. The results showed that: in hypoxia 24-72h, pulmonary index was significantly increased, urine output decreased; anoxia 16h, plasma ANP was significantly increased; and hypoxia 48 and 60h no ANP increased phenomenon. After hypoxia for 72h, plasma ANF was significantly higher than that before hypoxia; plasma AVP increased significantly only 24h after hypoxia; no significant change was found in plasma ALD. These results suggest that the release of ANP and AVP in hypoxic conditions are related to the time of hypoxic exposure. The imbalance of these hormones may be related to the occurrence of acute hypoxic pulmonary edema.
