鸭河口水库位于河南省南阳市境内。拦河大坝系建在砂砾地基上的粘土心墙砂壳坝，坝高３４ｍ。为了确保大坝的安全，对坝身和坝基进行了长期的渗流观测。渗流观测是采用测压管和量水堰来进行的。得出了历年的各代表断面测压管平均位势过程线、特定库水位时测压管水位过程线、全大坝渗流量过程线和库水位与测压管水位关系曲线等。对观测结果进行了分析。分析表明：上游铺盖结合下游排水的渗流控制系统有效地控制了坝基渗流；近年来部分测压管水位及位势稍有上升，这是由于下游排渗不畅所致。大坝是安全的。
Duck Estuary Reservoir is located in Nanyang City, Henan Province. Barrage dam system is built on the foundation of sand gravel sand core dam, dam height of 34m. In order to ensure the safety of the dam, long-term seepage observation has been carried out on the dam body and dam foundation. Seepage observation is carried out using a piezometric tube and a weir. The curves of average potential of all the piezometers in the past years, the process line of the piezometric water level in the specific reservoir water level, the process flow of the whole dam seepage flow and the relationship between the water level of the reservoir and the piezometric tube were obtained. The observation results were analyzed. The analysis shows that the upstream seepage control system combined with the drainage of the downstream drainage effectively controls the seepage of the dam foundation. In recent years, some of the piezometric pipes have a slight increase in water level and potential, which is due to poor drainage in the downstream. The dam is safe.
