腹腔注射银耳可使照射小鼠造血功能明显改善:照后9天股骨有核细胞数、内源性脾集落数、~3H-TdR 参入骨髓及脾脏的比值显著升高;银耳对造血细胞数及细胞的辐射敏感性均无显著影响,血清集落刺激因子水平在给药后6小时升至高峰,3~7天则低于正常,这可能有利于辐射损伤造血细胞的修复,从而加速造血功能的恢复。
Intraperitoneal injection of white fungus could significantly improve the hematopoietic function of irradiated mice: the number of femur nucleated cells, the number of endogenous spleen colonies and the ratio of ~ 3H-TdR into bone marrow and spleen increased significantly at 9 days after irradiation; Cell radiation sensitivity had no significant effect, serum colony stimulating factor levels rose to peak 6 hours after administration, 3 to 7 days is lower than normal, which may be beneficial to radiation injury repair hematopoietic cells, thereby accelerating hematopoietic function restore.
