目的:观察姜芍温中颗粒治疗小儿功能性腹痛的临床疗效。方法:将70例证属腹部中寒型功能性腹痛患儿随机分为治疗组40例和对照组30例,治疗组采用姜芍温中颗粒治疗,对照组采用元胡止痛颗粒治疗。结果:总有效率治疗组为92.50%,对照组为83.33%,组间比较,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:姜芍温中颗粒治疗腹部中寒型小儿功能性腹痛有较好疗效。
Objective: To observe the therapeutic effect of Jiangshao Wenzhong granule on children with functional abdominal pain. Methods: A total of 70 children with functional abdominal pain syndromes were randomly divided into treatment group (40 cases) and control group (30 cases). The treatment group was treated with Jiangshao Wenzhong Granules and the control group with Yuanhu Zhitong Granules. Results: The total effective rate was 92.50% in the treatment group and 83.33% in the control group. There was significant difference between the two groups (P <0.05). Conclusion: Jiangshao Wenzhong Granule is effective in treating abdomen cold type functional abdominal pain in children.
