The “’97 International Vacuum Exhibition” organized by Vacuum Society of China and Vacuum Equipment Industry Association of China General Machinery Industry Association was held at Beijing International Convention Center, Beijing Asian Games Village from September 23 to September 27, 1997. The exhibition shows that Vacuum Technology Aspects of new technologies, new equipment and new products, has achieved great success and achieved satisfactory results. Exhibitors at home and abroad all kinds of manufacturers a total of 103 companies,
