“称星鱼”是浅海生长的鱼类,形如指状,长约10cm,宽约1.5cm,鱼身有漆黑色斑点,肉质鲜美。秋冬季节,由于该鱼食用河豚鱼在浅海水草中生产的鱼蛋,故内脏含有河豚毒素。人们食用“称星鱼”后可引起河豚毒素中毒。笔者曾遇到3例,现报道如下。 “Star Fish” is a kind of fish that grows in the shallow sea. It is shaped like a finger, about 10cm long and 1.5cm wide. The fish body is covered with black spots and the meat is delicious. Autumn and winter, due to the fish eating puffer fish in shallow water plants produce eggs, so the internal organs contain tetrodotoxin. People eat “Starfish” can cause tetrodotoxin poisoning. I have encountered three cases, are reported below.
