高炉全氧炼铁是80年代开发研究的炼铁新技术。本文介绍了已经提出的四种全氧高炉流程及其特点和生产技术指标。高炉在全氧鼓风条件下由于炉缸形成无N_2的条件及CO分压大幅度提高,TiO_2还原及钛的碳,氮化合物生成受到阻碍,全氧鼓风高炉对于攀钢铁矿石冶炼可产生特殊的有利作用,本文对此进行了理论分析。理论计算表明,高炉用全氧鼓风操作有可能把炉渣中(TiO_2)提高到40%以上。最后讨论了攀钢应用全氧高炉操作的技术经济效益。
