目的 了解广东省湛江地区淋病流行菌株对抗生素的敏感性。方法 采用纸片扩散法对 1998年~ 1999年间广东省湛江地区分离出的 98株淋球菌临床分离株进行了药物敏感性测定。根据淋球菌对 2 1种抗生素的抑菌圈直径(mm)与“抗菌药物药敏试验判断标准”来确定药物敏感性。结果 在测定的 2 1种抗生素中 ,对淋球菌敏感性较高的 5种抗生素依次为壮观霉素、头孢三嗪、哌啦西林、优立新、阿齐霉素 ,其敏感率分别为 87.76 %、86 .73 %、86 .73 %、82 .6 5 %、79.5 9%。而淋球菌耐药性较高的 5种抗生素依次为依诺沙星、洛美沙星、环丙沙星、诺氟沙星和氧氟沙星 ,耐药率分别为92 .86 %、89.90 %、82 .6 5 %、82 .6 5 %和 81.6 3 %。结论 湛江地区目前流行的淋球菌菌株耐药形势严峻 ,尤以氟喹诺酮类药物为甚 ,临床常用的头孢三嗪、壮观霉素耐药株也应引起重视
Objective To understand the sensitivity of antibiotics to gonorrhea strains in Zhanjiang of Guangdong Province. Methods The drug susceptibility of 98 strains of Neisseria gonorrhoeae isolates isolated in Zhanjiang, Guangdong Province from 1998 to 1999 were determined by disk diffusion method. According to Neisseria gonorrhoeae 2 1 kinds of antibiotics inhibition zone diameter (mm) and “antimicrobial susceptibility testing to determine the standard” to determine the drug sensitivity. Results Among the 21 antibiotics tested, the five antibiotics with high sensitivity to Neisseria gonorrhoeae were spectinomycin, cefotaxime, piperacillin, etoposide and azithromycin, the sensitivity rates were 87.76% , 86.73%, 86.73%, 82.65%, 79.59%. The five antibiotics with high resistance to Neisseria gonorrhoeae were enoxacin, lomefloxacin, ciprofloxacin, norfloxacin and ofloxacin, with drug resistance rates of 92.86% and 89.90% , 82.65%, 82.65% and 81.6 3% respectively. Conclusion The epidemic prevalence of Neisseria gonorrhoeae strains in Zhanjiang is very serious, especially fluoroquinolones. Ceftriaxime and spectinomycin resistant strains, which are commonly used clinically, should also be taken seriously
