本文用裸鼠作为实验动物对化学刺激性物质导致角质层脂态的变化进行超微结构的研究。裸鼠表皮经丙酮和氯化苯甲烃铵处理后 ,样品用四氧化钌固定。超微结构观察表明由于丙酮和氯化苯甲烃铵的刺激作用导致角质层脂质形态的变化、角质层脂质的抽提以及在角质细胞之间形成腔隙。结果表明四氧化钌对角质层脂质有良好的固定作用 ,并清晰地展示出丙酮和氯化苯甲烃铵对角质层脂质的影响
In this paper, nude mice were used as experimental animals to study the ultrastructural changes of stratum corneum lipidic state induced by chemical stimulants. After the epidermis of nude mice was treated with acetone and benzalkonium chloride, the sample was fixed with ruthenium tetroxide. Ultrastructural observations indicate changes in the stratum corneum lipid profile due to stimulation with acetone and benzalkonium chloride, extraction of stratum corneum lipids, and formation of lacunas between keratinocytes. The results show that ruthenium tetroxide has a good anchoring effect on the stratum corneum lipids and clearly shows the effect of acetone and benzalkonium chloride on the stratum corneum lipid
