在高速发展的知识经济时代,高校已经成为了社会中心,是促进社会发展不可或缺的源动力。高校是直接向社会各界输送高层次人才的人才培养基地,对地方高校培养人才与档案信息进行整合与互动,可以有效地将高校与地方人才形成一种互惠互利的良性循环,这样不仅可以对高校毕业生的就业率与就业质量进行提升,还可以提高高校的人才培养与教育教学的水平,从而对地方政府以及企事业单位用人难的困境进行缓解。尤其是边疆地区,因其具有一定的地方特殊性,因此加快其高校培养人才与档案信息的整合与互动,对边疆地区的发展起着非常重大的推动作用。本文对边疆地区高校培养人才与档案信息的整合与互动进行了研究,旨在提升边疆高校毕业生的就业率与就业质量,促进边疆地区的发展。
In the era of rapid development of knowledge-based economy, colleges and universities have become social centers and indispensable sources of power for promoting social development. Colleges and universities are personnel training bases that directly send high-level talents to all walks of life.
