天线和稳定平台的冲击和振动隔离的需要及其实现,与精度、力和运动的环境条件、控制系统的性能及精密仪器的保护要求等因素有关。可以断定,为了保证天线的精度和性能,冲击和振动隔离器在转动方向上必须是刚性的;为了缓冲冲击和振动运动,隔离器在平移方向上必须是柔性的。本文提出的连杆吊架式(即平行四边形连杆机构——译注)隔离器就具有上述的特性。文中推导了该隔离器的力与位移、力与速度的关系;研究了该隔离器的转动刚度、重量及缓冲作用。
The need for antenna and stabilization platform shock and vibration isolation and its implementation are related to accuracy, environmental conditions of force and motion, control system performance, and precision instrument protection requirements. It can be concluded that in order to ensure the accuracy and performance of the antenna, the impact and vibration isolators must be rigid in the direction of rotation; in order to cushion impact and vibrational movements, the isolator must be flexible in the direction of translation. The proposed link hanger (that is, parallelogram linkage) isolator has the above characteristics. In this paper, the relationship between force and displacement, force and velocity of the isolator is deduced. The rotational stiffness, weight and cushioning effect of the isolator are studied.
