通过文献资料法、对比分析法、专家访谈法,对普通高校羽毛球队组建与训练工作思路进行研究。分析普通高校羽毛球队组建与训练所面临的基本问题,结合本人的带队体会提出了解决问题的基本思路,希望能给同行提供参考意见。 Through literature, comparative analysis and expert interviews, this paper studies the formation and training of badminton teams in colleges and universities. Analysis of the basic problems faced by colleges and universities badminton team formation and training, combined with my lead experience put forward the basic ideas to solve the problem, hoping to provide reference for peers.
