目的:了解侵袭性骨肿瘤凋亡相关癌基因蛋白表达情况。方法:利用免疫组织化学方法对5种共124例侵袭性骨肿瘤凋亡相关癌基因蛋白(c-Myc、c-Fos、Bcl-2)的表达进行观察。结果:发现在几种骨肿瘤中c-Myc和c-Fos表达较普遍,但不同骨肿瘤间c-Myc和c-Fos表达,差异均有非常显著性意义(P值<0.005)。Bcl-2的表达仅见于部分恶性肿瘤病例,良性骨肿瘤均不表达。恶性骨肿瘤三种癌基因蛋白表达阳性率均高于良性骨肿瘤,差异有非常显著性意义(P值<0.005)。结论:凋亡相关基因c-Myc和c-Fos的异常活动在骨肿瘤的发生、发展过程中可能起着相当重要的作用。而Bcl-2的表达可作为良、恶性骨肿瘤鉴别的一个参考指征。
Objective: To understand the expression of apoptosis-related oncogene proteins in invasive bone tumors. Methods: The expression of apoptosis-related oncogene proteins (c-Myc, c-Fos and Bcl-2) in 5 kinds of 124 invasive bone tumors were observed by immunohistochemistry. RESULTS: The expression of c-Myc and c-Fos was more common in several bone tumors, but the expression of c-Myc and c-Fos in different bone tumors was significantly different (P < 0.005). The expression of Bcl-2 was only found in some cases of malignant tumors, and no benign bone tumors were expressed. The positive rate of three oncogene proteins in malignant bone tumors was higher than that of benign bone tumors, and the difference was very significant (P value < 0.005). Conclusion: The abnormal activities of apoptosis-related genes c-Myc and c-Fos may play an important role in the occurrence and development of bone tumors. The expression of Bcl-2 can be used as a reference indicator for the differentiation of benign and malignant bone tumors.
