我矿露天采矿使用的ЭКГ-4型电铲,其制动操作机构,有油压和气压两个系统,油压制动系统经常发生故障,被迫将车下行程制动机构拆除,履带换向拨轮离合工作全靠人力使用撬棍搬动,这套自动化操作系统长期陷于瘫痪状态,影响设备效率的提高,威胁着安全生产。去年九月我们利用电铲“中修”的机会把油压制动改为压气制动,经过五次试验和半年多的实际使用证明,效果良好,满足了技术操作要求。现将其改进方法介绍如下: (一)设计的依据。改进设计中考虑了以下几个因素: 1.技术操作程序。我们根据电铲操作规程,结合实际
