自《中华人民共和国劳动法》颁布以来,日照港务局党委、行政和工会齐心协力,密切配合,共同抓学习,提高职工对《劳动法》的认识;共同抓整改,按《劳动法》的要求规范劳动关系;共同抓集体合同试点,为把企业与职工的劳动关系契约化探索经验。
Since the promulgation of the “Labor Law of the People’s Republic of China”, the party committees, administrative departments and labor unions of Rizhao Port Authority have made concerted efforts and closely cooperated with each other to learn together so as to raise their awareness of the “Labor Law”; to jointly rectify and reform according to the requirements of the “Labor Law” Standardize labor relations; jointly grasp the pilot of collective contracts, and explore the experience for the contractualization of the labor relations between enterprises and employees.
